You may not use photographs in any way, other than that which is explicitly stated in the purchased license, without paying an additional fee. For example, if you purchased a personal use license, and then wanted to use the photograph in a commercial project, you would have to purchase the appropriate license. The invoice associated with the purchase will describe the exact scope of the permitted use of the photo, and will be subject to our general license terms and conditions. You'll find that these provisions are straight forward, and industry standard.
Personal Use License
Allows a single individual, who's name appears on the invoice, to print and/or display a photograph for personal, non-commercial, and non-profit use only. This includes the development and/or printing of the photograph for display in the individual's private residence, in any size or resolution. The individual may also include the photograph on his/her own personal, non-commercial, and non-profit web site, in a resolution not to exceed 320 pixels in width or height. Use of the photograph is granted for an unlimited period of time so long as all license terms and conditions are respected.

Commercial Exhibit License
Allows a company or individual, who's name appears on the invoice, to print a single copy of the photograph for display in a commercial indoor space. The printed photograph may not exceed the specified width or height. Use of the photograph is granted for a period of 10 years from the invoice date, so long as all license terms and conditions are respected.

Commercial Website License
Allows a company or individual, who's name appears on the invoice, to include the photograph on a single page of a website, in a resolution not to exceed the specified pixels in width or height. Use of the photograph is granted for a period of 30 days from the invoice date, so long as all license terms and conditions are respected. Additional licenses may be purchased to extend the term by multiples of 30 days.

Magazine / Newspaper Editorial License
Allows a company or individual, who's name appears on the invoice, to publish the photograph for editorial purposes only, in a single issue of a magazine or newspaper with a specific circulation. The photo may be published on a single page only, with a maximum print size pre-defined.
